In Colombia, ABA ROI applied a systematic process using the Kirkpatrick Model – KPM to assess trainings that utilize blended-learning for judges and court staff. These trainings focus on criminal law and on themes like money laundering, narcotrafficking, anti-corruption and threats to human rights defenders. The presentation will describe the overall approach, the tools, and the lessons learned from applying these. The presentation will provide examples of how the Model was applied to collect stories about the depth of experiences of trainees in ABA ROLI's program in Colombia. The presentation touch on stories provided by judge’s of their experiences and how changes in their performance contributed to improvements in the overall performance of the court.
