In Peru, ABA ROLI measures and documents the training story by applying all four levels of the Model. The training story is used by ABA ROLI to improve on the support it provides to counterpart institutions particularly in the consistent application of the accusatory system by judges, prosecutors, police and other justice actors. The presentation will explain the stories collected emphasizing levels 3 and 4 of the Model, which are usually the least commonly assessed levels in training programs. Assessing outcomes in Justice sector training embraces particular characteristics, compared to other types of training; therefore, this and other aspects will be discussed, along with mixed methods employed for this end.
