Victoria has extensive multi-sector experience of more than 10 years in managing monitoring and evaluation systems from a variety of institutions, including key ministries within the Peruvian Government, international organizations such as the United Nations and OAS, as well as within the private sector and NGOs. She currently serves as Regional Manager of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning at the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative, where she supports capacity building and provides direct technical assistance for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning to ABA ROLI’s programs in the Latin America Region. She is an Environmental Engineer from the National Agrarian University La Molina (Peru), and holds Masters in Environment and Development, as well as in Policy Studies (Chevening Scholarship, from the British Government), both from the University of Edinburgh (United Kingdom). Victoria speaks Spanish (native) and fluent English.
Victoria is partner of the Peruvian Evaluators Network, EvalPeru and co-founder of the Peruvian YEE´s Network EvalYouth Peru.
