Abstract Information: During this Birds of Feather Gathering, we are interested in learning from participants how they are working to build a culture of monitoring, evaluation, and learning within their organizations. At the start of the session, we will briefly share with the group how we are developing our MEL capacity-building strategy and the types of capacity activities we are implementing, including the following: (1) activities to support the understanding and to utilize monitoring data to inform planning and action; (2) access to reflection tools to learn and implement changes and improvements to the project (e.g., AARs, plus/delta); and (3) developing templates and sharing tools to support data collection (participant data forms, principles of lean research). Following our introduction, session participants will be asked to reflect upon and engage with the following guiding question: How has your team built (or is building) a culture of evaluation and learning at your organization?
