Michigan State University's Master of Arts and Graduate Certificate in program evaluation equip evaluators with skills to determine if programs are working and how they can be improved. All courses are fully online and taught by experienced evaluation professionals. Students consult with faculty, exchange ideas with classmates, and complete knowledge and skill-building activities — all at locations and hours that are most convenient for them. Graduates are prepared to start or advance an evaluation career in local, state, and federal agencies, as well as the private sector. The admission application system is open year-round and prospective students can apply to start courses in September, January, or May. The Graduate Record Exam (GRE) is not required to apply.
