Senior Research Scientist & Program Evaluator

Theresa LeGros, MA, is a career evaluator operating out of the University of Arizona. My philosophical approach to evaluation is use-focused and rooted in ideas also percolating in the physical sciences: we can’t really define (or know) something without understanding how it interacts with all of the other somethings. My interests include: the study of complex adaptive systems like school and ECE systems, the creative use of mixed methods to evaluate multi-level and multi-layered interventions, and the influence of design in science and for utilization-focused evaluation.
