Dr. Leigh Rauk is a Senior Evaluation Associate with Collaborators Consulting Group (CCG) and works part time as a Research Scientist at the University of Michigan School of Social Work Program Evaluation Group. She is an equity-driven, community-engaged researcher and evaluation practitioner who focuses on community wellbeing and social change. Her work spans a wide range of social change issues including educational equity, school safety, youth development, violence prevention, health equity, community development, and equity within the arts and creative sector.
Dr. Rauk received her Ph.D. in Community Well-Being from the University of Miami in 2021. She has experience utilizing collaborative, participatory, and action-oriented approaches to evaluation and research in partnership with community-based organizations and coalitions. She has extensive skills and experience in designing and leading participatory, mixed methods evaluation and research projects, analyzing and interpreting data, and translating learnings into action to advance social change. She values building authentic relationships, developing long standing partnerships, advancing equity and social justice, and engaging in critical reflective practices in every aspect of her work.
