Amanda Nabors is a Research Associate at WestEd where her work focuses on research and evaluation projects that seek to better understand the systemic causes of inequitable educational experiences and to identify policy solutions to reduce harm and improve student experiences. She brings
more than seven years of experience leading evaluation and research programs with a focus on early literacy, emerging multilingual students, and building LEA and SEA capacity to equitably serve all learners. She takes a mixed methods approach to the work and has significant experience conducting as well as coaching others in qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, and visualization. Prior to joining WestEd, Nabors earned her master’s degree in public policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology with concentrations in gender and science and technology policy.
