As a Research Program Manager with Abacus Evaluation in the Center for Health Equity Research within the Department of Social Medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I am managing research and evaluation projects focused on health promotion and equity.
My personal research focuses on childhood adversity and other psychological traumas, and how we can successfully cope with stress and build resilience. Additionally, I am conducting research on health behaviors related to chronic disease self-care management, physical activity, and mental health.
