Victoria Iwinski, MA is the Evaluation and Business Intelligence Manager for Chicanos Por La Causa's Research & Evaluation Department in Phoenix, AZ. Mrs. Iwinski has a background in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Research, and Evaluation. She received her Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology in July of 2017. Prior to coming to CPLC, Mrs. Iwinski worked as a research assistant to a variety of professors at her undergraduate alma mater, IUPUI, where she learned about diverse research topics related to schizophrenia/schizotypy, cognition, opioid overdoses, and policing procedures. Mrs. Iwinski has also worked with a Chicago-based non-profit as a projects associate where she worked on culturally responsive assessment and evaluation within south and west neighborhoods of Chicago. Prior to coming to CPLC, Mrs. Iwinski was Head Evaluator and a Qualified Mental Health Professional for a severe mental health facility in Chicago, Illinois where she worked with clients with diverse diagnoses, conducted suicide risk assessments, worked with her clients on their treatment goals, and additionally conducted the facility’s inaugural program evaluation. Since coming to CPLC and joining the Research & Evaluation team, Mrs. Iwinski dedicates a majority of her time to CPLC’s Integrated Health and Human Services Pillar and focusing on health equity and social determinants of health research initiatives.
