From 2016 to 2021 I collaborated in a training and research center that has been dedicated to evaluating social programs, both for state governments in Mexico and for international organizations such as IOM and USAID.
In 2020 I obtained a scholarship to pursue a master's degree in Program and Public Policy Evaluation at the Complutense University of Madrid, where I graduated with honors. I also had the opportunity to be part of an evaluation team at Marco Asociación País for AECID in Spain.
Since August 2022, I have been working on the topic of evaluation theory, because the study is an open and participatory proposal my work has evolved which has allowed me to make presentations in Copenhagen (Denmark), Quito (Ecuador) and Quebec (Canada), which I have been able to do thanks to grants from the European Evaluation Society (SEE) and the Network of Monitoring, Evaluation and Systematization in Latin America and the Caribbean (ReLac).
I am honored to mention that at the last poster presentation in Quebec, the poster was recognized as the best by obtaining the highest number of votes from the delegates of the Canadian Evaluation Society. In addition, my participation in this conference gives me the opportunity to share and disseminate the knowledge I have acquired in different countries, thus contributing to the advancement of the field of evaluation on an international scale.
