Dr. Xueying (Sherry) Gao is an Assistant Research Scientist of the Consortium and is responsible for managing and implementing day to day evaluation activities for the project, assisting with identifying and selecting appropriate measures, and updating the analysis of accumulated data and assist with the design of qualitative and network methods as needed for use with providers. She earned a Ph.D. in Methodology, Measurement and Analysis at University of Central Florida and holds a Master's Degree in Research Methods, Measurement and Evaluation from the University of Connecticut. Her experience includes applying quantitative and qualitative research methods in developing and conducting scientific studies in Educational Program Evaluation.
