Kristen Gauthier is an Ojibwe member of Sagamok Anishinaabek living in the Robinson-Huron Treaty area and has centred her education and career around understanding the impacts of colonialism and ways to reconcile and grow Indigenous individuals and communities. She holds a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Anishinaabe Studies from Algoma University, as well as a diploma in Social Service Work - Indigenous Specialization from Sault College. Kristen has positioned herself to work with Indigenous peoples and communities and has experience with communications, education, marketing, and the dissemination of information to the public. At Qatalyst, Kristen does research, evaluation, and analysis, and looks forward to working on more projects that have the potential to bring about significant and lasting change to marginalized groups within Canada.
