Julia Holton, Ph.D is a Senior Research Associate at the University of Cincinnati Evaluation Services Center (UCESC). She has been working for the center in a variety of roles since 2012 and currently leads multiple evaluation projects. Her training and practice as a school psychologist have uniquely prepared her for evaluation work in PK-12 and higher education settings. She has expertise in qualitative research primarily in the fields of early literacy, mental health, and educational systems at the local, state and national level. Throughout her career, Dr. Holton has demonstrated a commitment to research and evaluation focused on supporting and meeting the needs of students and families.
