Injae Son is a student in the Interdisciplinary Ph.D. in Evaluation (IDPE) program at Western Michigan University and a Research Associate at the Institute of Church Ministry (ICM). Before his current commitments, Injae worked as a Strategy and Planning Manager in an international humanitarian organization and a Strategy and Marketing department at a higher education institution. His research interest is in incorporating values in the evaluation process, especially Faith-based programs or programs run by the FBOs.
