Introducing Mr. Noor Muhammad Ansari, a distinguished development professional with a remarkable 25-year career dedicated to pioneering social audit research methods and evaluations across diverse sectors such as education, healthcare, local governance, public service delivery, and gender-related issues. He currently serves as the Senior Manager of Monitoring and Evaluation at Educate A Child (EAC), a global program under the Education Above All (EAA) Foundation. Noor's contributions have left an indelible mark on this field.

Throughout his illustrious journey, Noor has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership. He has cultivated productive relationships and dialogues with clients, beneficiaries, partners, colleagues, and stakeholders, both locally and globally. His extensive experience collaborating with mainstream government systems has been instrumental in shaping and fortifying institutions, equipping them with evidence-based planning capabilities, and effectively disseminating evidence to drive participatory actions across numerous countries.

Noor, as a senior expert, specializes in monitoring and evaluation, research, large-scale iterative social audits, and the establishment of population-based surveillance and information systems. His impressive portfolio includes co-investigator roles in significant pragmatic randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and co-authorship of multiple articles in prestigious peer-reviewed journals.

Beyond his professional roles, Noor is a dedicated educator, sharing his vast knowledge as faculty and supervisor for Diploma and Masters level courses on "Social Audits for Evidence-based Planning."

With three Masters Degrees in Rural Development, International Relations, and Economics, Noor has refined his skills through professional training in Mexico, Botswana, Pakistan, and Nigeria, specializing in epidemiological geomatics, GIS mapping, and real-time monitoring using mobile technology.
