Stephen Okoth is a MEL Specialist at USAID Somalia. Stephen holds a Master of Arts degree in Development Studies and Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, both from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. Additional qualifications in Logical Framework, Project Cycle Planning and Monitoring and Evaluation from TCDC Arusha and Research Methodology from Organization of Social Science Research for Eastern and Southern Africa (OSSREA) in Addis Ababa. Before joining USAID, Stephen worked at Jhpiego as the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist for the USAID funded Afya County and National Support Program. He also previously worked with PATH as the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the USAID funded AIDS, Population and Health Integrated Assistance Program in western Kenya.
