Bilquis Khan is an evaluation fellow with the Policy, Partnership, and Recruitment Office at the Division of Workforce Development at the Public Health Infrastructure Center at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Before joining CDC, she worked at the Minnesota Department of Health as an Epidemiologist Senior and a Program Evaluator. She evaluated number of CDC funded Cooperative Agreements and HRSA Workforce funded grants. Internationally, she extensively worked in Public Health in Pakistan and Tajikistan (a former Soviet Republic) conducting large scale population-based cross-sectional surveys and developing Health Management Information Systems.
She has a master’s degree in Epidemiology from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, University of London, UK and a master’s in Statistics from University of Karachi, Pakistan. She also holds an MBA degree from Adamson University, Manila, Philippines.
