Daniella Mak is a Program Officer responsible for a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning team in the Bureau of Development, Democracy, and Innovation at USAID. As of March 2023, Daniella is on detail as the Agency Burden Reduction Program Manager. Daniella is passionate about change management and improving processes and programs.
Before joining USAID, Daniella worked in management consulting. Daniella has also worked with the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of African Affairs, supervising a team focused on program design, MEL, and adaptive management for multi-million dollar foreign assistance programs across sub-Saharan Africa. She also worked with the U.S. Department of Defense, where she deployed with the Ground Combat Element Integrated Task Force and provided assessment expertise for combatant and component commands.
