Director, Impact & Evaluation

Rhonda serves as the Director of Impact & Evaluation for the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas in Dallas. In this role, she leads a small team working across the organization, focusing on the impact and evaluation of various strategic initiatives. Having earned a Ph.D. from the University of Florida in Curriculum and Instruction with a minor in Research Evaluation and Methodology, she honed her research and evaluation skills while serving as a Graduate School Fellow at the George W. Bush Institute.
She serves on the board of the Texas Evaluation Network, and on the Membership Committee. Rhonda is very active in the American Evaluation Association (AEA), Currently, she serves as the Program Co-chair for the Nonprofit & Foundation TIG. She is also a member of the Evaluation Task Force, the Awards Working Group. A highlight of her AEA service was being a member of the Evaluation 2021 Presidential Planning Committee. When not working or volunteering, Rhonda enjoys reading nonfiction books, watching the Simpsons and playing Cities Skylines.
