My Nguyen, MPH, CHES is an Evaluation Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (NCCDPHP), Division of Population Health (DPH). She is an evaluator in the Prevention Research Translation Branch, leading the evaluation for the Closing the Gap with Social Determinants of Health Accelerator Plans and the Addressing Conditions to Improve Population Health (ACTion) Program.
My is a first-generation graduate from Emory University Rollins School of Public Health with an MPH in Behavioral, Social, and Health Education Sciences (BSHES) and certificates in Human Rights (HR) & Socio-Contextual Determinants of Health (SDOH). She is also a graduate with a BS in Human Biology from Stanford University. She is a committed public health professional who is passionate to address health inequities and advocate for community empowerment.
