Hannah Ridenour LaFrance, Manager of Research & Evaluation at the Cleveland Museum of Art, has over a decade of experience in museums and historic sites. She is passionate about engaging her colleagues through dialogue and data visualization on the needs, motivations, and experiences of the museum's current and growth audiences. She has been with the CMA since 2015. Hannah earned a BA from the University of Mary Washington and a MA in Museology from the University of Washington. Since 2021, she has served on the board of the Visitor Studies Association (VSA) as chair of the Membership Committee.
