I earned my Ph.D. in social psychology at Claremont Graduate University (CGU), Division of Behavioral and Organizational Sciences, and a MA from CGU in Organizational Behavior and Program Evaluation. I worked for 5 years as Program Evaluation Consultant for Army Public Health Center and the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-9 at the Pentagon, and I am now serving as a Program Officer for the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine's Gulf Research Program. My expertise includes social psychology research and theory, program evaluation capacity building, needs assessment, evaluation of community programs, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for program and process improvement.
