Linda Lee, PhD, MSW, is the Learning and Evaluation Administrator at Reach Out, a nonprofit organization in the Inland Southern California. She has been conducting program evaluations and research for over 15 years, in the community-based setting, in the for-profit sector, and in academia. At Reach Out, she oversees all learning and evaluation activities for the organization, and plays a leadership role in organizational capacity building and strategic planning. Prior experiences include external evaluation of education and workforce development programs, applied research in child welfare and mental health, and intervention research in gerontology.
