Inclusive Rigor Network Coordinator

Helene Bradburn is an independent DMEL consultant working across the peacebuilding, governance and development sectors. On top of helping clients develop complexity-aware MEL systems, she is currently the Coordinator of the Inclusive Rigor Working Group, which is bridging theory and practice in the development of a conceptual Framework that support practitionners reinforce both participation and rigor when building MEL systems in complex contexts.
Prior to this, she spent 5 years working in West Africa for Interpeace, first as the in-country MEL Officer for Mali, then as Global MEL Officer based out of Abidjan, and advising on all programmes across Africa and the Middle-East, as well on global policy initiatives.
She has experience facilitating design, reflection and outcome harvesting workshops ; in training and building capacity of project and MEL teams ; and in independently analysing and visualising qualitative and quantitative data.
