Reforma Visi Utama and his experience includes managing national scale social and political surveys, data collection & management as well as program evaluation for various sectors, including election, governance, health, education, and justice sectors. For the past several years, Yulianto has been focusing on utilization-oriented monitoring, evaluation and development; specifically, to ensure that monitoring, evaluation, and learning are in line with organization culture and that results are used for better decision making to improve program implementation.
