Jorge heads the learning, innovation and knowledge unit for Oxfam Novib -- a team dedicated to making what we do and the results we achieve with partners across the world visible and easy to grasp. We do this through commited, inclusive and participative monitoring and evaluation, learning facilitation, applied research, story crafting and knowledge management. He has worked with civic organizations, international organizations, philantropic foundations and intenational cooperation agencies in the last twenty years to develop effective advocacy networks and spur social and policy changes in national and global fora. He has an MA in Political Science at The New School for Social Research, in New York--where he is also a PhD candidate. In addition to facilitation, evaluation and applied research, his areas of specialization include fiscal transparency, policy analisis, accountability and migration.
