Thomaz K Chianca, PhD, is the Managing Partner of COMEA Relevant Evaluations. His work over the past 25 years focuses on helping to enhance the impact and learning capacity of a wide range of philanthropic, government, international development, NGO and corporate clients by providing customized evaluation coaching, training and consulting services. He has conducted or managed evaluation work in more than 25 countries. He is based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, has a PhD in Interdisciplinary Evaluation from Western Michigan University, a Master of Public Health degree from the University of North Carolina, and a Dental Surgeon degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
