Elizabeth Grim (she/her) is the Founder of Elizabeth Grim Consulting, where she blends learning, evaluation, and strategy to support purpose-driven organizations in making bold decisions with data. Her favorite work is helping teams build capacity, clarity, and confidence around evaluation.
Elizabeth has over a decade of experience supporting nonprofits, foundations, and state agencies along their learning and evaluation journey. She is also one of the Curators for AEA365, the daily blog of the American Evaluation Association, and previously served as President of the Eastern Evaluation Research Society.
Elizabeth brings a creative and interdisciplinary lens to her work, grounded in a Masters in Social Work and a Masters in Public Health from the University of Michigan and Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
She currently resides in New England where you can find her hiking and exploring the local trails.
