Kathleen Doll, PhD is a Partner + COO at Intention 2 Impact, a social impact measurment consulting firm. She has served a dynamic array of cross-sector, purpose-built organizations, including the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Feeding America, Earthjustice, The City of Santa Fe, Open Society Foundations, and The California Endowment. Kathleen gets fired-up about co-creating measurement, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) frameworks that transform the way organizations plan, conduct, and use measurement to maximize their pursuit of justice. She brings knowledge and experience in strategic evaluation planning, data analysis, facilitation, project management, utilization-focused reporting, and mixed methodologies with an emphasis on qualitative approaches.
She earned her PhD from Claremont Graduate University in Evaluation and Applied Research Methods. Kathleen call Colorado home, but is currently based in Orange County, CA.
