Hippolyt has more than 35 years of international humanitarian and development career in research, planning, management, and evaluation of interventions covering a broad range of sectors that include but not limited to social and economic development, governance, peacebuilding, and conflict management and resolution.
A system’s thinker supporting holistic approaches to civil society and faith-based engagements for spaces and voices in the public sphere to promote good governance, inclusive development, and sustainable peace
Strong systems thinking, network analysis, and process assessment approaches to institutional capacity assessments and corrective intervention designs.

He has researched, written, published, and presented conference papers on a variety of topics pertaining to his field of interest. His current work and research interests focus on issues that bridge the fields of conflict management and resolution, peacebuilding, governance, and sustainable development planning and management
