CaitlĂn Rose Dailey, M.A., is a Senior Research Lead for the National Institute for Work and Learning (NIWL) at FHI 360, where she oversees research design and quality for qualitative studies and qualitative components of mixed-methods research. Dailey has over 15 years of research and evaluation experience, focusing on qualitative and mixed-methods data collection and analysis. An anthropologist by training, Dailey specializes in case study research, with an interest in organizational and community cultures and their relationship to positive change. Dailey has served lead roles in mixed-methods studies of education, workforce, and social services programs and policies across settings and scales, including multi-site evaluations and case study projects for federal agencies like the U.S Department of Education and Bureau of Indian Affairs. Dailey is committed to rendering research meaningful for a broad spectrum of stakeholders, from children and families to education scientists, and publishes in formats from blogs to practitioner magazines to peer-reviewed journals.
