Maria is a dedicated humanitarian worker with 10+ years of experience working in dynamic and challenging initiatives for private non-profit sector.
She is a specialist on human mobility with a focus on migrant women and migrant workers.
Maria has a Master Degree in Public and Social Policies. She was involved on migrants and refugees’ services, management, innovating and improving process. She was an active leader on development of protection mechanisms for people on the move (adults and children).
She led development of governmental investment projects for public sector and conducted an evaluation process in 16 consular offices around the world.
Actually she works for ChildFund International in Ecuadorian Office, Location Cuenca, as Coordinator for Lives in Dignity Project.
