Ms. Chizoba Chukwura, a Senior Consultant at W2 Consulting Corporation, has over ten years of experience leading research and evaluations on public health trends, organizational health-related issues, and health systems for Federal agencies such as the Defense Health Agency, Defense Health Board, and global health programs. In her position at W2 Consulting, Ms. Chukwura designs, implements, and reports on results of health surveys administered to military patients and healthcare providers, as well as co-lead and contribute to mixed-methods evaluations investigating the impact of trauma-informed approaches and the implementation of crisis response systems. In her postgraduate fellowship program term at the Army Public Health Center, Ms. Chukwura spearheaded and conducted professional development seminars focused on program evaluation, qualitative methodology, and data analysis. Ms. Chukwura has co-authored scientific and technical publications and Congressional reports disseminating findings on the performance of the TRICARE program and efforts to promote Servicemembers’ health and well-being and improve military health providers’ practices with prescribing opioids and documenting injuries.
