Dr. Jenica Reed is an Evaluation Specialist within Deloitte Consulting’s Government and Public Services practice. Drawing from over 20 years of evaluation experience, she engages clients and teams in the process to identify, collect, understand, and use data effectively, to understand program effectiveness, improve programs, build capacity, and aid decision-making. She helps projects identify the right data to collect, of the right rigor, within available resources, to best utilize and meaningfully convey findings to relevant audiences.

Currently Dr. Reed holds leadership roles in two AEA TIGs: Health Evaluation TIG and Cluster, Multi-Site, Multi-Level TIG.

She has a doctorate in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley and a master’s degree in Child Development and bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from the University of California, Davis.
