Rafael Camelo, Plano CDE Institute, Director of Monitoring and Evaluation

Economist with a master's and doctoral degree from the Getulio Vargas Foundation/Brazil. He specializes in education policies, and he is the author of academic articles and book chapters in the field. He has worked at Itaú Social Foundation and in the Government of São Paulo, coordinating studies on public policies and projects in the social sector. Currently, he is a partner and director at Plano CDE, where he leads evaluation and monitoring projects for third-sector initiatives.
