Dr. Drake has a PhD in Measurement and Quantitative Methods from Michigan State University. She is a Senior Research Scientist at ETR, where she oversees ETR’s evaluation services and staff. In her 24 years at ETR, she has directed numerous health-focused evaluations of differing sizes, scopes, and rigor, including the evaluation of 8 federally-funded RCTs. She is well-versed in qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Much of her current work focuses on teen pregnancy prevention and combines over 15 years of experience in innovative programming, capacity building, and youth engagement.
