I am Yatin Diwakar, a PhD scholar at the Centre for Technology Alternatives for Rural Areas at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, India. I was a co-leader of EvalYouth Asia and a founding co-leader of EvalYouth India. I was also a YEE representative on the Evaluation Community of India's board. Currently, I volunteer with the Asia Pacific Evaluation Association as a co-leader of the promoting National Evaluation Policies and Systems theme of the Asia Pacific Regional Evaluation Strategy. I am involved in different capacity-building activities for YEEs and aim to vernacularise evaluation knowledge. I initiated the India Evaluation Case Competition. I collaborated with NITI Aayog, Government of India, on preparing a draft framework of the National Evaluation Policy for India. I am a reviewer for the Asia Pacific Journal of Evaluation. I attended Evaluation 2022, my first conference by the American Evaluation Association, through the prestigious International Travel Award by the International and Cross-Cultural Evaluation Topical Interest Group.
