Director & Senior Consultant
AND implementation
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
Hi. I am Jennica Nichols (MPH, CE) - a senior consultant at AND implementation, which is a queer-owned Vancouver-based firm specializing in creative approaches to knowledge generation and use. I am a methods nerd who grounds her work in the values of reciprocity, use, humility, kindness, and meaningful measurement. I am happinest when my work elevates client strengths and their partners’ lived experiences to support learning and accountability in evaluation, research, and knowledge mobilization. At AND implementation, we are on a mission to increase awareness, excitment, and capacity for using arts-based methods in evaluation and research so I spend a lot of time thinking about how to do this in good ways. I would love to hear about how you have (or want to) use arts-based methods or creative facilitation in your work. When not working, I like to scuba dive, experiment in the kitchen, hike, camp, play Nintendo, and spend time with loved ones.I am always up for a recommendation for a good hole-in-the-wall restaurant to try or new book to read so, if you have one, let's connect!
