Abstract Information: Alice didn’t have a map for her travel through Wonderland. Like Alice, evaluation consultants reviewing a Request For Proposals (RFP) can feel like they’re stepping into the dark. They may wonder whether the time and effort required to draft a strong RFP response is worthwhile. This workshop will present criteria developed from business literature that consultants can use to gauge the “fit” between a potential RFP response and key business goals. Participants in the workshop will work in small groups to review these factors and other considerations to strategically decide to draft RFP responses. The session will conclude with a report-back to permit participants to benefit from the collective knowledge of the group.
