Dr. Pfeifer helped to develop the recently established Knowledge for Impact Hub at Oxfam America which seeks to better integrate Research, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning, and Digital in Programs to act as an incubator for innovative work at Oxfam America. The hub supports a change in culture where experimentation and learning from both successes and failures happen and are valued. Drawing on her experience in developing the hub, she will share how this new configuration is helping Oxfam America tell its story.
