The chair will introduce the session by providing an overview of the capacity development efforts for two field teams. The chair will discuss the informal and formal capacity assessments that led to selecting content, training format, and ongoing support provided for storytelling. This will be a brief introduction before turning the majority of the session to the main panelists for case studies on their storytelling examples.
