This presentation describes how the evaluation team designed, executed, and documented a story circle methodology to collect data around end user perspectives of a teacher training pathway program designed by West Virginia Department of Education with support from the Region 5 Comprehensive Center. We describe how we constructed a cross-section of end users, including student scholars, key preparation and execution decisions, and facilitation and analysis techniques. We close with recommendations for putting story circles into practice and share some of the rich narratives provided by story circle participants.
