The University of North Carolina Wilmington's Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Evaluation is a 18 credit hour program that can be completed through distance education. The program supports professionals from any discipline who want to: (a) build capacity to do and use evaluation in their current professional role; (b) strengthen their resume with an advanced credential in evaluation; (c) add to or update evaluation knowledge and skills gained through prior formal and informal learning. Our mission is to build capacity to do and use evaluation for program, organization, and systems learning and change. We are committed to: advocating for evaluation in service of common good and an equitable, just society; impacting the evaluation field through teaching, innovating, creating, and sharing our work; and providing a pathway to university-based evaluator education in support of diversity and inclusion in the evaluation profession.
